Occasionally, due to product availability challenges, delivery may extend to 24-48 hours more than the expected time. In such instances, our online team will promptly inform you upon placing your order, granting you the choice to wait or explore alternative arrangements. Order Receiving Verification Guidelines
Upon receiving your ordered items, we kindly request you to conduct a thorough check to ensure that the product is in its original packaging, sealed, and that the model numbers match the product you ordered, unless otherwise stated on the website. We strongly encourage you to reject and refrain from accepting the delivered item if inconsistencies are noted.
Products are typically delivered in shipping bags or boxes. Customers have the right to request delivery personnel to wait while they open the shipping boxes or bags to verify that the original product packaging is not defective and matches the model number mentioned in the invoice and as ordered online. Accepting the product confirms that the product has packaging with no external damage and that the delivered product is correct. Please note that physically damaged items cannot be returned, as vendors cannot accept replacements under warranty. Your adherence to these guidelines is crucial for a smooth order experience. This involves determining whether the product is sourced from a local distributor or directly imported by Ayoub Computers from International Vendors. Additionally, customers should clarify whether the warranty coverage is provided by the Brand's International service center or the brand's local service center, if available. Our unwavering commitment to your satisfaction and confidence remains a top priority.
When the warranty is covered by Brand's International service center, it signifies our responsibility for shipping the item back to the service center in the country where it was imported. Our dedicated sales team meticulously explores options on behalf of the customer, which may include waiting until the product is repaired and shipped back, suggesting a replacement with specifications similar to the initially purchased item, or contemplating a partial refund. The decision on resolution takes into account various factors such as the duration of usage, product conditions, and the current value. It is crucial to emphasize that, in such cases, customers have no entitlement to request a full refund under any circumstances.
In situations where the item is sourced from a local distributor, the warranty is covered by the service center designated by the vendor. Customers expressly acknowledge and accept any decision made by the vendor's service center. Furthermore, customers are explicitly informed that they have no right to request additional demands or actions from Ayoub Computers beyond the official reports provided by the brand vendor following the inspection result. This legal provision reinforces the binding nature of decisions made by the vendor's service center, underscoring the customer's agreement to adhere to such determinations.
In the context of products sourced through local distributors, such as printers and monitors, warranties are under the direct coverage of the vendor. Customers are provided with the option to send these products directly to the brand's service center or may choose to engage Ayoub Computers as an intermediary, facilitating and expediting the warranty process. Notably, such products are deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA) solely if the vendor's service center formally reports it as such subsequent to receiving and inspecting the product.
As a reseller, Ayoub Computers can facilitate communication with the service center to speed up the process for customers. However, it's important to note that we do not offer replacements unless initiated by the vendor, strictly adhering to the terms outlined in the vendor's warranty.
In situations where products are imported directly by us or lack a service center presence in Lebanon, our team will take full responsibility for all warranty-related actions, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.
Additionally, customers are responsible for sending the products to our service center, and Ayoub Computers holds no responsibility for shipping costs or transportation to our service center—these are the sole responsibility of the customer. Moreover, Ayoub Computers is not liable for any data loss during the repair or replacement process. It is essential for customers to back up their data before sending the product to our service center.
It is imperative to underscore that any actions undertaken by our sales team strictly adhere to the framework of applicable company policies. Our unwavering commitment is directed towards ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns with the utmost diligence. This disclaimer serves as a transparent outline of potential scenarios that may unfold in such situations, emphasizing our dedication to resolving matters in a fair, ethical, and professional manner.
A Comprehensive Overview
This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing warranty policies at Ayoub Computers. The warranty period begins from the date specified on the invoice and concludes upon the expiration of the item's designated warranty period.
Reporting a defective item via phone or email is not considered an official claim. Customers are required to fulfill the responsibility of shipping the items to our service center and ensuring their receipt by our RMA team before the expiration of the warranty period. Our RMA team will initiate a ticket upon receiving the product. Based on the ticket date, an assessment will be conducted to determine whether the product is still covered by the warranty. Detailed information regarding the product's warranty status will be provided to the customer. If the warranty has expired, our team will present the option to either repair the item at our service center or cancel the warranty ticket, returning the product to the customer.
It is crucial to emphasize that only the customer whose name is specified on the official invoice and made the purchase is eligible to claim warranty for the product. This policy is designed to ensure a transparent and accountable process in addressing warranty claims. Customers are encouraged to review and understand these terms before proceeding with any warranty claims. Ayoub Computers reserves the right to interpret and enforce these policies to maintain fairness and clarity in the warranty process.
