About the loyalty programme

The ayoubcomputers.com loyalty programme is an online-exclusive rewards programme available solely for purchases completed on ayoubcomputers.com. In-store transactions at any authorised retail location — including Ayoub Computers branches and all authorised retail partner locations — are not eligible for loyalty point accrual and are excluded from this programme. Loyalty point balances are managed entirely through your registered account on ayoubcomputers.com. If your points were affected by the recent system update, submit a claim using the process below.

The ayoubcomputers.com loyalty programme is valid exclusively for purchases completed on ayoubcomputers.com. Transactions made in-store at any authorised retail location — including all Ayoub Computers branches and all authorised retail partner locations — do not earn loyalty points and are not covered by this programme or this claims process.

System update — points may have been affected

Following a recent platform system update on ayoubcomputers.com, some customer loyalty point balances may have been partially or fully reset. We sincerely apologise for this disruption. All affected customers are entitled to a full restoration of their lost points — simply submit a claim following the process below and our team will resolve it as a priority.

Gather the required information listed in Section 02 below. Incomplete submissions will cause delays. Attach any supporting documentation — past invoices or order history screenshots from ayoubcomputers.com — where available.

Send your claim

Email your request to sales@ayoubcomputers.com with the subject line: "Missing Points Claim — [Your Full Name]". Alternatively, call or WhatsApp our team using the contact details in Section 04.

Claim reviewed & points restored

The ayoubcomputers.com loyalty team will review your request and cross-reference it with system records on ayoubcomputers.com. Upon verification, the missing points will be credited to your account within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the restoration is complete.

Terms & conditions

Missing points claim — terms

By submitting a missing points claim via ayoubcomputers.com or through any designated communication channel, the claimant acknowledges and irrevocably agrees to the following conditions governing the claims process:

  • Claims are valid exclusively for points lost as a direct result of the system update referenced in this notice. Points lost due to expiry, account inactivity, or other causes are not eligible.
  • The loyalty programme applies exclusively to purchases made on ayoubcomputers.com. Claims related to in-store transactions at any authorised retail location — including Ayoub Computers branches and all authorised retail partner locations — are not eligible and will be declined without exception.
  • ayoubcomputers.com shall cross-reference all submitted claims against its internal system records. Claims in respect of which supporting records cannot be identified or verified shall not be approved, and no points shall be restored in the absence of verifiable data.
  • Only one claim per customer account is permitted. Duplicate submissions will be disregarded.
  • ayoubcomputers.com reserves the sole and absolute right to approve, partially approve, or reject any claim based on available system records. The determination of the ayoubcomputers.com loyalty team shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
  • Restored points are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Restored points shall be subject to the standard terms and conditions of the ayoubcomputers.com loyalty programme, which applies exclusively to purchases made on ayoubcomputers.com.
  • Any attempt to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent claims shall result in the immediate and permanent suspension of the customer's loyalty account without compensation, and may render the claimant liable to legal proceedings under the applicable laws of Lebanon.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.
