The D-Link DWC-1000/E is a centralized wireless LAN controller designed for small to medium-sized businesses, campuses, and branch offices. It simplifies the management of multiple D-Link access points (APs) by providing a single point of control. The device supports up to 12 APs by default, with the capability to upgrade to 66 APs through licensing. Additionally, up to four DWC-1000/E units can be clustered to manage a total of 264 APs.
