The Lian Li A4-H2OXA is an ultra-compact 11-liter Mini-ITX PC case developed in collaboration with DAN Cases. Based on the sandwich-layout concept of the DAN A4-SFX, it combines a small desktop footprint with support for powerful hardware, including triple-slot graphics cards, SFX/SFX-L power supplies, and a top-mounted 240mm AIO liquid cooler. The A5 Silver version also includes a PCIe 5.0 riser cable for vertically positioning the graphics card behind the motherboard.

Its exterior uses premium aluminum with an anodized silver finish, while the internal structure is made from SPCC steel with a matte black finish. Removable exterior panels provide easier access during assembly, while extensive mesh ventilation across the chassis helps deliver fresh airflow directly to internal components. Despite measuring only 326 × 140 × 244mm, the case supports GPUs up to 322mm long and 240mm radiator-and-fan combinations up to 55mm total thickness.
