Responsibilities:
Accurately entering information into the company's database and online
website
Maintaining and updating inventory records for computer parts and
electronics
Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing product
information
Processing and tracking online orders
Keeping the showroom organized and ensuring all products are displayed
attractively
Answering phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computer parts and electronics
Proficient in data entry and computer usage
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online ordering
systems
